We can provide management reporting services, ranging from a simple GST return based report through to detailed monthly accounts with full analysis. This can be done by using our in-house systems, or we can help you set up your own. There is a full range of tools you can utilise to provide your own ongoing management information. Computerised Accounting Solutions

There are many computerised accounting solutions available. If you are considering purchasing, upgrading or changing please contact us to discuss your requirements. We are experienced at helping you identify your requirements and are able to provide you with details of the options available. We can also provide assistance with purchasing, installation and training.  We have found that the most commonly used solutions by our clients are MYOB, Xero, MoneyWorks and QuickBooks. We have experience in using these products as well as many others.

Xero Setup & Training

We use and recommend Xero as a quick, easy way to keep track of your business transactions. We can help set you up and provide comprehensive training to get you underway. The flexibility of Xero allows you to choose how involved you want to be in areas like tracking profit, preparation of GST returns and year end accounts.

Company Incorporations

We can incorporate companies for you with an appropriate constitution, minute book and all necessary company registers. We can also apply for an IRD number, GST and employer registration and provide initial directors and shareholders resolutions. For most client companies we act as their registered office.

Limited Partnerships

The Limited Partnerships Act 2008 was introduced to encourage business investment for growth nationally and internationally, and to facilitate foreign investment within New Zealand in a tax effective manner. However, there are other situations where a limited partnership can be the most appropriate structure. We can advise on the appropriateness for you of a limited partnership structure.

Liquidations & Company Removals

We have experience with both solvent and insolvent liquidations, and can assist with the rules regarding voidable transactions. If you or one of your debtors are in financial difficulty, please contact us to discuss your options.

Alternatively, you may have a company that you no longer have any need for. We can arrange for it to be removed in an orderly manner so that all obligations are satisfied and it won’t keep popping up incessantly.

Trustee Duties

It is sometimes appropriate to appoint an independent trustee who understands the obligations of that role and is fully conversant with the on going governance issues of trusts. We accept such roles and can provide valuable input to activities of your trust.
